Shipping, Pre-orders and Back-orders

Separate Packages

Sometimes your products may not ship together - We have agreements with some of our suppliers that hold stock for us.

We will always send your entire order, whether that be all together in the same box or separately in multiple parcels.

Keep an eye on your tracking, we will send you multiple numbers as each item is fulfilled.

Shipping within Australia

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days, unless ordering a made-to-order product or a Pre-order item.

Orders are currently picked up on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays via your delivery provider, you will receive tracking information from this point forward.

Some of our products ship separately depending on what warehouse they are coming from.

*BULKY ITEMS are excluded from our free shipping offer - This includes Funiture items, large Wreaths and Extra Large arrangements.

We try and use recycled materials from our suppliers to pack our products, sometimes this includes bubble wrap and re-used boxes - please re-use these items when you send a parcel or reach out to a local business that may be able to utilise this in some way - 

We also use Ranpak's honeycomb paper packaging bubble wrap alternative.

We use a combination of providers to ship your products so we are able to offer a cost-effective shipping option on a per customer basis and to ensure the best fit for delivery.

Once items have been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, confirmation number and regular updates.  Most orders take between 1-7 business days to arrive.

Shipping Internationally

For international purchases, please contact us via email for shipping costs and our shipping destinations before placing an order. International orders will only be shipped with PRIOR contact and will be charged accordingly.

Please note: We do not ship any of our dried flowers or foliage internationally.

Estil Home is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

Pre Orders

You can place a preorder online. You will be required to pay 100% of the product price and any applicable shipping at the time of preorder. Please note that any other products in the order will be held until all products have arrived for fulfillment or been released.

Pre-Order item is an item which you have the chance to purchase in preview from the new collection or a limited edition. It means that the items is still in production and not immediately available in our store during its launch.

All Pre-Orders are strictly not cancellable & refundable. However, if you wish to change your item to another product which is in stock, you may do so. Alternatively, a store credit will be issued and it will expire after 12 months.

Please take note of the Closing Date and estimated shipping date stated for all Pre-Order items  We will send a notification to you via email once we have shipped your order out.

In the event that the Pre-Order is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund would be given back in cash.

If you have purchased multiple Pre-Order items in a single order, the order will only be sent out together after we receive all the items .

If you have purchased a Pre-Order item together with one of our in stock items, the order will only be sent out together after we have received your Pre-Order item. If you wish to receive the ready stock item without any delays, you will need to purchase both items separately.

 

Back orders

Back-order item is our popular item that has been fully sold out which you still have a chance to purchase it. It means that a limited quantity will be arranged for re-manufacturing when ordered and not immediately available in our store.

To secure our back-order items, kindly contact us to place an order & make the full payment in advance. We will send a notification to you via email once we have shipped your order out.

In the event that the Back-order is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund would be given back in cash.

Please allow a discrepancy of around 20% in terms of colour & measurements because our back-orders are produced in different batches.

If you have purchased multiple Back-order items in a single order, the order will only be sent out together after we receive all the items .

If you have purchased a Back-order item together with our ready stock item, the order will only be sent out together after we receive your Back-order item. If you wish to receive the ready stock item without any delays, you will need to purchase both items separately.
