We value your business and want you to be 100% happy with your online purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept a return of any full priced item up to 14 business days from when the order was received. Once 14 days has lapsed, no refund or exchange will be offered.

To be eligible for a return, items should be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as plants, flowers and limited edition prints or special orders cannot be returned,refunded or exchanged. 

How to return an item

Please notify us via our email, hello@estilhome.com of your intention to return a product, along with a photo of the product unused/undamaged and our team will provide a return address. You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs on a returned item. A trackable shipping service is highly recommended to make sure we receive your return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your order number.

Remember, to be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be in its original condition and must be returned within 14 days of the date you received your order.

Refunds (if applicable)

When the returned product is received and inspected by our team, you will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-5 business days.

Sale items (if applicable)

A refund will only be granted on full priced items. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. A store credit may be provided after consideration of the product condition and reason for the credit request.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We offer exchanges on defective or damaged products. If you wish to exchange it for the same product, send us an email at hello@estilhome.com along with a photo of the damaged product.

Incorrect Items

If you have received an item you did not order, email us at hello@estilhome.com  please include a photo of the incorrect item, so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
