Refund policy

Returns
We value your business and want you to be 100% happy with your online purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced items within 14 business days from when you received your order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items should be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as plants, flowers and limited edition prints or special orders cannot be returned.
How to return an item
Please notify us via hello@estilhome.com that you plan to return an item we will get back to you with return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. A trackable shipping service is highly recommended to make sure we receive your return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your order number.
Remember, for a refund or exchange, your item must be in its original condition and returned within 30 days of when you received your order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-5 business days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded but you may receive a store credit pending item condition.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only offer exchanges on items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@estilhome.com
Incorrect Items
If you have received an item you did not order, please email us at hello@estilhome.com so we can resolve this for you.
