Shipping policy

FREIGHT WITHIN AUSTRALIA
All orders are dispatched from our store within 48 hours of payment unless ordering a made-to-order item or ordering on a Friday evening when it will be processed the following Monday.
To freight items, we generally use Australia post but occasionally will use other providers if the suitability aligns with your order.

Once items have been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number, confirmation and regular updates. Most orders take between 1-5 business days to arrive once they have left the premises.
We endeavour to get your product to you in the most economical and safest way possible. If problems occur after you have received your confirmation, please contact the postage provider directly 

Please note: Occasionally we may have to use an alternate delivery provider should your address not be serviceable.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY
For international purchases, please contact us via email for shipping costs and destinations before placing an order. International orders will only be shipped with PRIOR contact and will be charged accordingly.
Please note: We do not ship any of our dried flowers or foliage
Estil Home is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
